Saul Cohen has represented individuals, companies of all sizes, industry groups, and public entities in federal and state trial and appellate courts and before the U.S. Supreme Court.  His experience includes: appointment as class counsel on behalf of thousands of policyholders in connection with the $27 million partial settlement of breach of contract claims against a life insurance company; achieving a significant settlement on the final day of a 13-day arbitration hearing, requiring defendant to pay more than 90% of his client’s demand and to formally retract its fraud claims against his client; winning an important victory for government transparency in the Illinois Appellate Court; and winning reinstatement of civil rights claims brought by an incarcerated plaintiff.

Following law school, Saul was a law clerk for the Honorable Gregg Costa of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Before joining DiCello Levitt, Saul was an associate at an international law firm and a litigation boutique.
