DiCello Levitt Helps Lead Major Lawsuit To Protect Consumer Privacy in Vehicle Data Tracking MDL
DiCello Levitt represents plaintiffs in a major multidistrict litigation that addresses unauthorized tracking and collection of consumer vehicle driving data. Pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, this case consolidates numerous claims against major corporations, including General Motors (GM), OnStar, LexisNexis Risk Solutions Inc. (LNRS), and Verisk Analytics Inc., for collecting and sharing sensitive driving data.
