Overview

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Symbotic, Inc. (“Symbotic” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: SYM) and certain of the Company’s former senior executive officers alleging violations of the federal securities laws.  The Symbotic class action lawsuit is brought on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Symbotic securities between May 6, 2024, to July 29, 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).  Investors have until October 15, 2024, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff of the Symbotic class action lawsuit.

The Symbotic class action lawsuit alleges that Defendants created the false impression that they possessed reliable information pertaining to the Company’s projected earnings outlook and anticipated growth while also minimizing risk from seasonality and macroeconomic fluctuations.  In truth, Symbotic’s optimistic reports of growth, improvements to gross margin, and overall stability of its ongoing projects fell short of reality; the Company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or otherwise appropriately manage its expenses through project delays.
