Adam Levitt was quoted in the article, “JPML Won’t Rush On Requests To Send Equifax Suits To Ga.,” published in Law360 on September 12, 2017. The article addresses the recent class action lawsuit filed against Equifax by DiCello Levitt and its co-counsel pertaining to Equifax’s recent, massive data breach. That fact notwithstanding, we look forward to arguing in favor of transfer to the Northern District of Georgia on whatever schedule the panel implements.”
