DiCello Levitt Gutzler partner Amy Keller was named to Law360’s 2019 Cybersecurity & Privacy Editorial Advisory Board. The 11-member board was created to “get feedback on Law360’s coverage and gain insight from experts in the field on how best to shape future coverage,” Law360 reported. Keller is joined by other prominent attorneys, policy makers, professors and in-house counsel with significant privacy and cybersecurity experience.
She has been named lead or co-lead counsel in several nationwide consumer class actions, including some of the largest data privacy lawsuits. Keller was appointed to serve as co-lead counsel in the nationwide litigation against Equifax related to its 2017 data breach, where she along with co-counsel represents over 147 million class members. In addition, she is leading DiCello Levitt’s 50-state consumer class action against Marriott Hotels for a data breach that comprised the information of more than 300 million Starwood Resorts guests.
