Nicole Arenth is an associate at DiCello Levitt, where her practice focuses on complex litigation and advancing justice on behalf of individuals and communities.
Nicole first joined DiCello Levitt as a summer associate and then as a law clerk, gaining direct experience in plaintiff-side litigation across a wide range of matters, including Title VII claims, mass torts, whistleblower actions, and fiduciary duty disputes. Nicole also previously worked as a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the District of Columbia Superior Court.
Nicole earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where she worked as a student attorney in the Elliot Milstein Civil Advocacy Clinic, representing clients in protection order and name change proceedings. Additionally, Nicole was a constitutional law teaching assistant and research assistant. She also served as senior articles editor for the Legislation and Policy Brief, co-president of the Women of Color Coalition, and a mentor to first-generation law students and through the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Nicole holds a master’s degree in political science from Boston University, where she researched the impact of white nationalism and misinformation through the lens of podcasts, and a bachelor’s degree in political science, cum laude, also from Boston University.
