Diandra “Fu” Debrosse Zimmermann, managing partner of DiCello Levitt’s Birmingham office, was featured in the Birmingham Business Journal’s 2021 “Who’s Who in Law,” which recognizes top attorneys in Birmingham, and to the publication’s 2021 “Women to Watch” list.
Asked about a pivotal moment in her career, Fu said it came when she began representing cities and counties against dozens of opioid manufacturers and distributors in national-level opiate litigation. “I realized I could help drive litigation that would change millions of lives.”
“People matter,” Fu told the editors,” and their lives shouldn’t be disposable in the pursuit of corporate wealth.”
Fu is known nationally as a powerhouse in mass torts, class actions, product liability, discrimination, and sexual assault cases. She has recovered millions of dollars in client damages.
