Leading Environmental Litigator Daniel R. Flynn Further Burnishes Firm’s Reputation as Litigation Powerhouse
CHICAGO, January 21, 2020 – National litigation firm, DiCello Levitt Gutzler, today announced the addition of Daniel R. Flynn, as a partner in the firm’s Chicago office. Dan joins DiCello Levitt from Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. Dan brings significant expertise in various state and federal environmental laws and regulations. His perspective in helping companies comply with various environmental requirements and representing companies in civil litigation and cost recovery actions balances DiCello Levitt’s litigation team, which has been recently selected to represent the State of Michigan in its PFAS/AFFF litigation, and fits perfectly with the firm’s environmental case portfolio.
Dan will continue to represent companies in general industry and construction matters involving the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to help companies keep their employees safe. Dan will also continue to assist clients with ensuring compliance with their environmental, regulatory obligations.

Dan earned his J.D., from the Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington and his B.A. from Illinois Wesleyan University. He publishes frequently on environmental and OSHA-related issues.
