Firm to Co-lead Any and All Possible Class Actions Before the Los Angeles Superior Court for Damages Resulting from the Eaton Fire

LOS ANGELES, California — June 3, 2025 — DiCello Levitt and Schneider Wallace have been appointed Interim Class Counsel to co-lead any and all putative class actions before the Los Angeles Superior Court seeking redress for damages sustained as a result of the Eaton Fire.

DiCello Levitt in February filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of the thousands affected by the historic fire which claimed at least 18 lives and destroyed over 9,000 structures in Southern California, becoming the second most destructive wildfire in California history.

This new order makes the firm responsible for shepherding, in partnership with the California-founded Schneider Wallace, all putative class actions brought before the Court on behalf of individuals and entities which suffered economic losses or property damage as a result of the fire.
