Justin represents clients nationwide in complex mass tort, class action, civil and human rights, product liability, and catastrophic injury litigation. He advocates for individuals and communities harmed by negligence, defective products, civil rights abuses, human trafficking, and other corporate and governmental wrongdoing.
His experience includes key roles in trials resulting in multimillion-dollar verdicts, as well as nationwide litigation involving defective hair relaxers, preterm infant formula, toxic heavy metals in baby food, data privacy, and consumer protection. Justin also represents clients in significant civil and human rights matters, including litigation involving police misconduct and human trafficking.
