WASHINGTON – DiCello Levitt is pleased to announce that J. Gordon Bergstresser has been promoted to partner.
Gordon has established himself as a leader in electronically stored information (ESI), developing discovery strategies that give DiCello Levitt’s clients a decisive advantage in complex litigation. His experience spans a wide range of industries, including data privacy, internet tracking, mobile devices, cryptocurrency, securities exchange platforms, automotive, pharmaceutical, security contractors, and food labeling.
“Gordon has an exceptional command of ESI and the judgment to deploy it strategically,” said Mark Abramowitz, partner and chair of DiCello Levitt’s e-Discovery/ESI Practice Group. “He consistently helps teams cut through massive datasets to find the evidence that matters most.”
Before joining DiCello Levitt, Gordon worked on the defense side in large-scale document review environments, giving him valuable insight into how document productions are created and managed. That perspective, combined with his deep knowledge of review platforms and predictive coding, has made him a key resource for teams across the firm and a central contributor to the firm’s discovery and technology strategy.
The promotion was effective January 1, 2026 and announced following Gordon’s return from paternity leave. Gordon is based in the firm’s Washington, DC office.
