DLC Among the Firms Bringing MDLs to the Northern District of California Against Intel and Apple

Adam Levitt was quoted in The Recorder regarding the confluence of tech-related MDLs in Northern California, the home of Silicon Valley. The cases that DLC are currently petitioning the Judicial Panel on Multi-District Litigation (MDL) to bring to the Northern District of California are class actions against Intel over the security flaws in their processors and Apple’s defects in iPhone batteries, and Apple’s attempt to resolve the problem by slowing down devices with the defective batteries.
