Overview

Jennifer Bankston has served as DiCello Levitt’s Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer since 2019, collaborating closely with the firm’s founding partners and executive leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability. Jennifer is known for her innovative vision, combining decades of expertise in legal marketing and strategic planning with a technology background to build dynamic brands and industry-leading practices from inception.

At DiCello Levitt, Jennifer is instrumental in developing groundbreaking initiatives such as the firm’s Trial Center and a new take on its consumer-facing brand. Her role extends to shaping the firm’s high-performance marketing, business development, and communications team drawn from diverse professional backgrounds—including journalism, filmmaking, and technology—to meet the unique demands of the firm’s diverse practice areas.

An authoritative voice within the business community, Jennifer is frequently called upon by prominent industry and business media outlets to share her insights on marketing trends, strategic planning, and industry innovation. Her writing has been published in The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Forbes, USA Today, The American Lawyer, and others. Jennifer has been consistently recognized by Lawdragon, named to its list of 100 Global Leaders in Strategy and Consulting multiple years in a row (2023-2025).

Jennifer has served as Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at multiple firms, including an Am Law 200 firm and several boutique firms whose brands she helped launch and grow into lasting influences in the legal community. In these capacities, she created sophisticated service offerings that significantly elevated her organizations’ profiles and market positions. Jennifer’s experience also includes strategic consulting roles and high-level communications positions, including working with Forbes 400 executive Zachary Fisher. During that time, she worked alongside CEOs, heads of state, and other world leaders, directing strategic communications and serving as a speechwriter.

Jennifer earned her M.A. from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, where she studied international business, and completed additional graduate coursework at Harvard Business School in areas including business development, marketing, and communications. She received her undergraduate degree in international relations from Newcomb College at Tulane University.
