TV Ad Price Fixing Lawsuit Featured in NY Post

The antitrust class action lawsuit filed by DiCello Levitt on behalf of Bon-Ton Stores against Sinclair Broadcast Group, Tribune Media Company and their co-conspirators, was featured in the article, “Local TV station owners face antitrust lawsuit,” published in the New York Post on October 8, 2018. The article addresses the suit recently filed against two of the nation’s largest media conglomerates alleging a conspiracy to fix the prices of local TV advertisements, violating federal antitrust laws.

“Through their price-fixing scheme, Tribune, Sinclair and their co-conspirators have monopolized the airwaves and extorted millions of dollars from businesses like Bon-Ton,” said Adam Levitt, co-founding partner at DiCello Levitt.
