(LNRS), and Verisk Analytics, Inc.
DiCello Levitt filed one of the initial class action complaints in this action, alleging that the defendants engaged in the unauthorized collection and use of consumer driving data without proper consent. This practice represents a severe breach of privacy and trust, impacting countless consumers nationwide.
“This unauthorized data collection has violated the privacy rights of numerous individuals,” said Amy. “Our goal is to hold these corporations accountable and ensure that those affected receive the justice they deserve.”
