DiCello Levitt has been appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Interim Executive Committee in a nationwide antitrust multidistrict litigation against GoodRx and several of the country’s largest Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), including Express Scripts, MedImpact, Navitus, and CVS/Caremark. The lawsuit alleges that these companies entered into “Integrated Savings Program” agreements that stifled competition and led to fixed, lower reimbursement amounts that PBMs pay to independent pharmacies for dispensing prescription drugs to patients.
Working alongside Interim Co‑Lead Counsel, the Plaintiffs’ Interim Executive Committee will play a central role in directing and coordinating the litigation on behalf of the proposed class, ensuring the case moves forward in a cohesive and efficient manner. By addressing the impact of the alleged agreements, the DiCello Levitt team—led by Greg Asciolla and Geralyn Trujillo—seeks to secure relief for independent pharmacies and drive reforms that promote a more competitive and transparent pharmaceutical market.
