Keller Continues Her Longstanding Leadership With the National Legal Advocacy Organization

CHICAGO – DiCello Levitt is proud to announce that Amy Keller, CIPP/US, managing partner of the firm’s Chicago office and chair of its Privacy, Technology, and Cybersecurity Litigation Practice Group, has been elected secretary of Public Justice, a national nonprofit legal advocacy organization dedicated to pursuing social and economic justice.

“Public Justice takes on difficult, resource-intensive cases that protect access to the courts and help consumers, workers and communities hold powerful institutions accountable,” Keller said. “I have seen firsthand the extraordinary impact the organization has nationwide, and I am honored to continue supporting its mission in this new leadership role.”

Keller has been a longtime member and leader within Public Justice. Most recently, she chaired the organization’s 2026 annual gala in Chicago, which celebrated Public Justice’s work and recognized leading civil justice advocates from across the country.

The event was particularly meaningful for DiCello Levitt, as the firm’s trial team in Kashef v. BNP Paribas received Public Justice’s 2026 Trial Lawyer of the Year Award.

Through high-impact litigation and advocacy, Public Justice challenges abusive corporate power, protects civil rights, preserves access to the courts, safeguards workers and consumers, and advances environmental justice. Its work includes bringing precedent-setting cases, filing amicus briefs, challenging court secrecy, and partnering with communities and advocates nationwide.

In addition to her leadership with Public Justice, Keller is a nationally recognized attorney in privacy, technology, and cybersecurity litigation. She has recovered billions of dollars for consumers nationwide through some of the country’s most complex and consequential data security and privacy cases. She is also the youngest woman ever appointed to serve as co-lead class counsel in a nationwide class action.
