Stephanie Schroder Joins Firm’s Securities and Financial Products Litigation Practice as Of Counsel

SAN DIEGO – February 11, 2025 – Stephanie Schroder, a leading institutional investor advisor with more than two decades of legal experience recovering losses for institutional investors, has joined DiCello Levitt’s Securities Practice Group in San Diego.

Schroder has helped institutional investors recover billions of dollars from securities fraud class action litigations and regularly represents public and multi-employer pension funds on issues related to corporate fraud in the United States and worldwide financial markets. She joins DiCello Levitt’s preeminent and fast-growing Securities Practice Group, headquartered in San Diego—a team she previously worked alongside.

“We are beyond thrilled to welcome Stephanie and re-unite the team that has been helping investors for over 20 years,” said DiCello Levitt Securities Practice Group Chair, Patrick Daniels. “She is a dynamic and innovative advisor, highly respected for her work ethic and track record in securing some of the largest and most high-profile investor recoveries. Stephanie is at the top of her game, and her creativity and dedication produces tremendous results for her clients.”

Schroder is a frequent lecturer on securities fraud, shareholder litigation, and options for institutional investors seeking to recover losses caused by securities and accounting fraud.

“DiCello Levitt’s commitment to being a premier national player in securities litigation, coupled with the firm’s reputation as a plaintiffs’ powerhouse with noted strengths in financial services, securities, public client, and high-stakes and high-profile class action litigation, appealed to me,” Schroder said. “I’m looking forward to reuniting with the team to benefit our clients.”

Schroder earned her JD and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Kentucky. In 2006, she helped campaign for her father, the late Justice Wil Schroder, who was elected to the Kentucky Supreme Court and served from 2007, until his retirement in January 2013.
