DiCello Levitt is pleased to announce the promotion of Jonathan Crevier to Senior Counsel.
A skilled antitrust attorney, Jonathan prosecutes complex class actions on behalf of institutional investors, businesses, and consumers. He actively litigates cases against many of the world’s largest companies in antitrust matters involving alleged price fixing, benchmark and commodities manipulation, pay-for-delay, and other anticompetitive practices.
Named a Rising Star by The Legal 500, Jonathan has played integral roles in numerous complex litigations since joining the firm, including a series of cases alleging price-fixing and market allocation against the largest generic pharmaceutical companies in the world, as well as a proprietary, first-in-the-nation case alleging price-fixing of rents of manufactured home lots.
“Jon’s elevation to senior counsel is well-deserved,” said Greg Asciolla, New York office managing partner and chair of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Litigation Practice Group. “He is a tremendous asset to the antitrust team, particularly with his ability to lead extensive investigations into potential anticompetitive conduct, often resulting in a first-filed complaint.”
