DiCello Levitt welcomes veteran antitrust litigator Geralyn Trujillo to the firm’s New York office, where she joins our nationally recognized Antitrust and Competition Litigation Practice Group as a partner with decades of experience in government service and private practice.
“We are thrilled to have Geralyn on our team,” said Greg Asciolla, chair of the Antitrust and Competition Litigation Practice Group and managing partner of the New York office. “She brings a unique perspective and well-earned reputation to our antitrust practice, and her unparalleled litigation and trial expertise will be an invaluable asset to the group’s pursuit of economic justice for victims of anticompetitive conduct.”
Geralyn joins DiCello Levitt from the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition, where she served as lead attorney in significant matters resulting in commission victories and led investigations across a variety of industries, including healthcare, digital platforms, medical devices, consumer goods, and industrial products. Prior to the FTC, she worked for the Office of the New York State Attorney General, investigating anticompetitive conduct and litigating cases involving pricing fixing and anticompetitive mergers and acquisitions.
Before her work in government, Geralyn spent ten years at a prominent multinational law firm, representing public and private companies in antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, civil antitrust litigation, and government investigations.
A native of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Geralyn earned her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law and is a graduate of Georgetown University. She is currently a member of the Executive Committee and the Diversity Committee of the New York State Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section and is a member of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Section.
