DiCello Levitt Partner Greg Asciolla Appointed 2025 President of Committee to Support the Antitrust Laws (COSAL)

Gregory Asciolla, chair of DiCello Levitt’s Antitrust and Competition Litigation Practice Group and managing partner of the firm’s New York office, will serve as president of the Committee to Support the Antitrust Laws (COSAL) for 2025. COSAL was established in 1986 to promote and support the enactment, preservation, and enforcement of a strong body of antitrust laws in the United States.

Greg’s extensive experience includes leading investigations into potential anticompetitive conduct, often resulting in first-to-file cases. His efforts have recovered billions of dollars for clients, including individuals, businesses, public pension funds, and health and welfare funds.

Beyond his role in COSAL, Greg makes substantial contributions to the antitrust bar, serving in leadership roles in the New York State Bar Association Antitrust Law Section, the American Bar Association’s Diversity Advanced Committee, and the Antitrust and Trade Regulation Committee of the New York County Lawyers’ Association.

Greg also serves as the U.S. representative to the Business & Banking Litigation Network and is on the Advisory Board of the American Antitrust Institute. He has been recognized by numerous industry authorities, including Chambers USA, Law360, Benchmark Litigation, New York Law Journal, and Who’s Who Legal.
