A recently filed lawsuit by DiCello Levitt and Murphy, Falcon & Murphy against World Wrestling Entertainment, LLC, Vincent K. McMahon, Linda McMahon, and TKO Group Holdings, Inc. has been cited and covered dozens of times by national, local, and trade press. The case was filed on behalf of former “Ring Boys” who survived sexual abuse while working for WWE. The defendants allegedly allowed the open and rampant abuse of these underaged boys, doing nothing to prevent or stop it.
The case has been covered by numerous publications including Rolling Stone, Associated Press, CNBC, CNN, USA Today, MSN, The Hill, TMZ, The Independent, Sports Illustrated, Axios, Newsweek, Wrestling Inc., Inside The Ropes, Wrestle Zone, and many others. Partner Greg Gutzler, who is leading the litigation, was interviewed by several publications, including ABC’s local Baltimore station.
“We want to make sure we find a way to find change for the future. So, you have to find accountability, recognition of the problems, and then you can finally have those problems redressed,” Gutzler told WMAR-TV. Watch his full interview online here.
