Amy has taken on leadership roles in some of the most significant data security and consumer privacy cases in the country. She made history as the youngest woman ever appointed co-lead class counsel in a nationwide class action and was instrumental in achieving a landmark $1.5 billion settlement in the Equifax multidistrict litigation on behalf of nearly 150 million consumers. Beyond securing meaningful financial recovery, Amy has worked with federal and state regulators to implement critical reforms that strengthened safeguards for consumer data nationwide.
