CHICAGO — DiCello Levitt partner Amy E. Keller has been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2022 listing of the nation’s leading female litigators. This is the second straight year that Amy has been named to the list.
Amy Keller—who chairs DiCello Levitt’s Technology, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Practice—has been appointed lead or co-lead counsel in multidistrict (“MDL”) litigations more times than any other woman in her field.
The firm’s Technology, Privacy, and Cybersecurity practice encompasses cases and investigations concerning privacy, data security, artificial intelligence, and sophisticated, complex litigation involving the intersection of law and other technologies. Federal courts across the United States have appointed Amy to lead lawsuits on behalf of hundreds of millions of consumers against industry giants like Marriott, Equifax, Coca-Cola, Apple, Electrolux, and BMW. The group includes landmark litigation cases against Facebook, Google, and Apple.
The 2022 “Top 250 Women in Litigation” publication’s extensive research process involves months of investigation into litigators’ professional activities, as well as client feedback surveys and one-on-one interviews.
