CHICAGO – May 1, 2018 – DiCello Levitt is pleased to announce that partner Amy E. Keller has been named to The National Law Journal’s list of Plaintiffs’ Lawyer Trailblazers. She is one of only 26 attorneys honored nationwide.
Amy has litigated a wide range of product liability, consumer fraud, design defect, employment, and food labelling cases in courts throughout the country, and currently serves as co-lead counsel in the massive Equifax data breach MDL. The much-publicized litigation stems from credit reporting firm Equifax’s ineffective handling of a massive data security breach last September that exposed the Social Security numbers, birth dates, addresses and – in some cases – the driver’s license and credit card numbers of 145.5 million American consumers.
Amy, who at 34 years-old is among the youngest attorneys ever named to co-lead a major, national consumer MDL, helped launch national plaintiffs’ firm, DiCello Levitt, in April 2017. Widely respected among the judiciary and her peers, Amy has served in multiple leadership positions in national class actions, including in high-profile matters against General Mills and Woodgrain Millwork Company.
