DiCello Levitt is pleased to announce that Mark Abramowitz has been promoted to partner, effective January 1, 2022.
Mark’s unique approach to discovery and trial presentation has resulted in game-changing outcomes for his clients. Mark is a recognized authority on using technology to identify all of the electronically-stored information relevant to a case, gathering that data, and leveraging it to the client’s benefit. He has been selected for national discovery review teams, testified before the Ohio State Legislature multiple times on data privacy and related issues, and is currently one of the authors of the Sedona Conference’s Biometric Privacy Primer.
“Mark has really proven himself, especially on the tech side,” said founding partner Mark DiCello. “He’s been an absolutely critical addition to DiCello Levitt and the evolution of how plaintiffs’ firms litigate cases.”
Mark’s dedication to developing computer processes that enhance productivity paid off in March 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic swept the country. “It was almost like a dream came to fruition because I had been working on the firm’s technology for years,” he said. “The only thing I couldn’t handle from home was the snail mail.”
