Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul and his Environmental Bureau, along with Special Assistant Attorneys General from DiCello Levitt and co-counsel, filed a lawsuit seeking to hold multiple companies accountable for contamination caused by per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (“PFAS”) sold in the state of Illinois as consumer goods and for use in industrial processes.
On January 31, 2023, Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul and his Environmental Bureau, along with Special Assistant Attorneys General from DiCello Levitt, Keating Muething & Klekamp, and Fields, Han & Cunniff, filed a lawsuit seeking to hold multiple companies accountable for contamination caused by per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (“PFAS”) sold in the state of Illinois as consumer goods and for use in industrial processes.
