Crain’s Recognizes Adam J. Levitt, Amy Keller, and Daniel R. Flynn Among Chicago’s Leading Legal and Professional Services Professionals

DiCello Levitt is proud to announce that Founding Partner Adam J. Levitt, Chicago Managing Partner Amy Keller, CIPP/US, and Partner Daniel R. Flynn have been named to Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2026 list of Notable Leaders in Accounting, Consulting & Law.

The annual recognition celebrates accomplished leaders in the accounting, consulting, and legal industries whose work demonstrates a commitment to advancing their professions, organizations, and communities.

As a founding partner of DiCello Levitt, Adam Levitt is one of the nation’s leading advocates for plaintiffs in complex, multidistrict, class action, public client, mass tort, and commercial litigation. Over the course of his career, Adam has helped deliver more than $25 billion in recoveries for clients and has held leadership roles in some of the country’s most significant and precedent-setting cases. He has also been instrumental in building DiCello Levitt into a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ law firm known for innovative legal strategies and taking on powerful defendants.

Amy Keller serves as Chicago managing partner and chair of the firm’s Privacy, Technology, and Cybersecurity Litigation Practice Group. A nationally recognized leader in privacy and data security litigation, Amy has successfully represented consumers in some of the country’s largest and most consequential data breach and consumer privacy cases. Her work includes helping secure a $1.5 billion settlement on behalf of nearly 150 million consumers in litigation arising from the Equifax data breach, and she has been appointed to leadership positions in complex litigations across the country.

As partner and chair of DiCello Levitt’s Environmental Litigation Practice Group, Daniel R. Flynn represents governmental entities, consumers, and businesses in matters focused on protecting human health and the environment. Dan has helped lead litigation addressing PFAS and PCB contamination, climate-related harms, and catastrophic environmental events. His work includes serving as court-appointed co-lead counsel on behalf of more than 90,000 residents and businesses affected by a chemical fire in Georgia and helping secure a $100 million settlement for an Illinois community affected by contamination from a chemical plant fire.
