CHICAGO—DiCello Levitt LLP this week announced its 2024 class of partners and senior counsel. Effective January 1, 2024, the firm elevated the following attorneys across its U.S. offices:

Adam Prom and Nada Djordjevic, Partner

Anna Claire Skinner, Senior Counsel

New York:

Chuck Dender, Partner

Eli Hare, Partner

Washington, DC:

Molly Knobler, Partner

Peter Soldato, Senior Counsel

“The elevation of these attorneys to Partner and Senior Counsel in five of our six offices is a testament to their hard work and leadership, as well as the commitment that they have each demonstrated to the firm and their colleagues,” founding partner Adam Levitt said.

“The newly promoted attorneys will continue to successfully advance complex litigation nationwide and across all of DiCello Levitt’s practice areas, including class action and mass tort lawsuits, as well as whistleblower and commercial cases,” founding partner Mark DiCello added.

Adam Prom has contributed significantly to and led a variety of complex litigations that have resulted in settlements worth hundreds of millions of dollars. He has represented consumers, small and large businesses, whistleblowers, and public entities in lawsuits involving consumer protection, privacy, product liability and automotive defects, environmental contamination, False Claims Act, and business disputes.

Nada Djordjevic brings justice for those who are harmed by consumer fraud, unfair business practices, data privacy breaches, deceptive insurance sales practices, and other egregious acts. With more than two decades of experience representing plaintiffs in class actions and complex commercial litigations, she zealously protects the interests of aggrieved clients throughout the United States.

Chuck Dender is an experienced litigator with a strong track record of success for his clients. The foundation of his broad litigation experience was formed while defending some of the most significant commercial litigation matters in the U.S. for more than two decades. In addition, he has a deep understanding of cases involving whistleblowers.

Eli Hare focuses on mass torts, civil and human rights violation cases, personal injury, environmental contamination, and employment discrimination disputes. He represents people and public entities victimized by companies that cause large-scale harm by manufacturing and selling defective products, chemicals, and medical devices. He has also been deeply involved in cases where he and the firm have represented people whose Constitutional rights were violated by governmental institutions.

Molly Knobler represents whistleblowers who stand up against unsafe, unfair, and corrupt business practices that endanger consumer and patient welfare while draining funds from government coffers. Molly works tirelessly to protect whistleblowers to ensure their stories are heard and their bravery is awarded.

Anna Claire Skinner represents governmental entities, individual consumers, and corporate clients while focusing on the protection of human health and the environment. She has litigated cases in administrative tribunals and state and federal court from inception through trial and settlement. She has extensive experience litigating cases arising out of companies’ violations of environmental statutes and regulations.

Peter Soldato began his career in the public sector, trying cases on behalf of the government and later representing individuals in cases against the government. He leverages this experience to protect the interests of individuals, businesses, and public entities in a wide range of disputes.
