Jun 05, 2025

We are proud to share that DiCello Levitt has once again been recognized by Chambers and Partners in its 2025 guide to the leading attorneys and law firms in the United States. This year’s Chambers USA rankings highlight five of the firm’s practice groups and four of our attorneys across key state and national categories.

Chambers awarded Band 1 honors—its highest ranking—to DiCello Levitt’s Litigation: Mainly Plaintiffs practice in Illinois. The firm also earned recognition for its work in Antitrust: Mainly Plaintiff in New York; Litigation: Mainly Plaintiffs in Alabama; and Antitrust: Plaintiff, Product Liability: Plaintiffs, and Privacy & Data Security: Litigation nationwide.

Chambers also individually recognized four DiCello Levitt partners in statewide and national categories, reflecting their leadership and exceptional legal work across antitrust, product liability, privacy, and complex litigation practices.

Litigation: Mainly Plaintiffs—Illinois

DiCello Levitt’s litigation group in Illinois received Band 1 recognition again in 2025, underscoring the firm’s exceptional work in high-value, technically demanding multidistrict, class action, public client, and mass tort litigation, specifically highlighting our work representing the City of Baltimore in litigation seeking accountability for the catastrophic collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge. One survey respondent called DiCello Levitt “one of the most innovative firms in their industry, yet also well-grounded and skilled in the basic legal work that pushes cases forward.”

Founding Partner Adam Levitt and Privacy, Technology, and Cybersecurity Practice Group Chair Amy Keller, who also serves as managing partner of the Chicago office, were each recognized with Band 1 honors for their leadership in this space. Clients and peers described Adam as “one of the most innovative and driven lawyers in the industry” and “a smart and grounded attorney.” Amy was commended as “one of the most sought-after attorneys of the plaintiff’s bar.”

Antitrust: Mainly Plaintiff—New York and Antitrust: Plaintiff—USA-Nationwide

Chambers again recognized DiCello Levitt’s antitrust capabilities both in New York and nationwide, specifically underlining our recent victory in In re Novartis and Par Antitrust Litigation, securing final approval from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York for a $30 million settlement with drugmaker Novartis to resolve this complex antitrust class action involving the hypertension medication Exforge. Our firm’s antitrust practice was praised as a “group of talented antitrust litigators” who handle a wide variety of matters, particularly large-scale class actions.

Gregory Asciolla, chair of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Litigation Practice Group, earned Band 1 honors in both New York and on the national level. A peer testimonial described him as “an excellent colleague and a super attorney with a keen eye for great cases.”

Litigation: Mainly Plaintiffs—Alabama

DiCello Levitt’s Alabama-based litigation group was again ranked by Chambers for its effectiveness in handling complex, high-stakes matters. Diandra “Fu” Debrosse, managing partner of the firm’s Birmingham office and co-chair of its Mass Tort and Civil and Human Rights Litigation Practice Groups, was recognized with Band 1 honors in this category, with Chambers noting her “considerable expertise representing plaintiffs in complex litigation involving product liability claims, environmental contamination and wrongful death.” Underscoring her leadership in high-impact multidistrict litigation, one survey respondent described Fu as “by far one of the most talented lawyers in this country. Her ability to advocate on behalf of large numbers of clients in the mass tort space is impressive.”

Privacy & Data Security: Litigation—USA-Nationwide

Amy Keller was again ranked among the top attorneys nationwide for her advocacy in the rapidly evolving space of privacy and data security litigation. The publication noted that Amy is “praised for her work in cutting-edge data breach litigation matters.

Product Liability: Plaintiffs—USA-Nationwide

Adam Levitt and Fu Debrosse were both ranked for their national work leading major litigation on behalf of consumers harmed by unsafe products and corporate misconduct.
