DiCello Levitt Partners and Practice Areas Recognized in Chambers USA and Global Legal Rankings

Jun 06, 2024

We are pleased to announce that DiCello Levitt has once again received top honors and recognition from Chambers and Partners. In its 2024 guides to leading lawyers and law firms worldwide, Chambers ranked three of our practice groups and four of our attorneys across the firm’s geographic footprint.

Chambers USA, which ranks attorneys and firms across the country based on in-depth market analysis conducted by experienced, independent researchers, awarded the Band 1 ranking—the guide’s top honor—to two of DiCello Levitt’s practice areas: Litigation: Mainly Plaintiffs in Illinois and Antitrust: Mainly Plaintiff in New York. Additionally, Chambers USA recognized the firm for our Litigation: Mainly Plaintiffs practice in Alabama and our Antitrust: Plaintiff and Product Liability: Plaintiffs practices nationwide.

Chambers also recognized four DiCello Levitt partners in the following statewide, nationwide, and global categories.

Antitrust: Mainly Plaintiff—New York and Antitrust: Plaintiff—USA-Nationwide

Chambers USA commended DiCello Levitt’s “impressive bench in the antitrust space” for the third consecutive year, highlighting our strong support of clients in “large-scale plaintiff antitrust matters” and our team’s “extensive experience in the healthcare sphere.” Leading this team is Antitrust and Competition Litigation Practice Group Chair Greg Asciolla, who received Band 1 honors. Chambers described Greg as an attorney who “deftly represents large plaintiff classes in multidistrict class action litigation alleging market price manipulations, particularly in the financial and pharmaceutical industries.”

Litigation: Mainly Plaintiffs—Illinois

Founding Partner Adam Levitt and Privacy, Technology, and Cybersecurity Practice Group Chair Amy Keller, who also serves as the Chicago office’s managing partner, were recognized in this category for the fourth consecutive year. Adam and the practice area again received Band 1 honors. Chambers praised DiCello Levitt for providing “sophisticated representation of plaintiffs in high-value class actions” and offering “substantial expertise in a wide range of disputes.” Adam was described as a “respected plaintiff-side litigator noted for his advocacy in complex class actions” and an experienced attorney who “has the credentials behind him.”

Litigation: Mainly Plaintiffs—Alabama

Diandra “Fu” Debrosse, who serves as co-chair of DiCello Levitt’s Mass Tort Practice Group and the firm’s Civil and Human Rights Litigation Practice Group as well as the managing partner of the firm’s Birmingham office, was ranked for the second year in a row “for her considerable expertise representing plaintiffs in complex litigation involving product liability claims, environmental contamination, and wrongful death.” Clients described Fu as an “excellent litigator” and an “aggressive and talented” lawyer.

Privacy & Data Security: Litigation—USA-Nationwide and Global

For her exceptional work in the privacy and data security space, Amy Keller was ranked for the third consecutive year among all attorneys nationwide and for the first time among all attorneys globally. One of only a few plaintiffs’ lawyers recognized by Chambers, Amy was described as a “very strong attorney” and a “terrific lawyer” who is “praised for her work in cutting-edge data breach litigation matters.”

Product Liability: Plaintiffs—USA-Nationwide

Adam Levitt and Diandra “Fu” Debrosse were commended as leaders in DiCello Levitt’s “highly esteemed product liability group with strength in plaintiff representation.” Adam was lauded as a “go-to plaintiffs’ attorney in the class action space,” and Fu was recognized for her “considerable experience” in products liability mass torts and class actions.
