DiCello Levitt is pleased to announce that Co-Founding Partners Mark DiCello and Adam Levitt as well as partners Kenneth Abbarno, Diandra “Fu” Debrosse Zimmermann, Bobby DiCello, and Amy Keller have been named to Lawdragon’s 2023 list of 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers.

The recognition by Lawdragon comes after a banner year for DiCello Levitt in which these six lawyers helmed a host of significant cases that made front-page headlines for their reverberating effects on consumer protection. Their achievements include settlement with Facebook (Meta) on one of the largest data privacy and data breach cases in U.S. history and a rare class-action trial victory against General Motors for hiding engine defects from consumers. They are seeking justice for the families of victims of the 2022 racially motivated mass shooting in Buffalo, New York; protecting voting rights all the way to the United States Supreme Court in the Alabama redistricting case; and leading the efforts to protect consumers from dangerous hair relaxer products and to fight for service members and their families poisoned by contaminated drinking water at Camp Lejeune.
